East Coast VS West Coast

The East Coast-West Coast quarrel had all in all been a war of open affront and club fights until November 30, 1994. Demise Row superstar Tupac Shakur and Bad Boy newcomer Notorious B.i.g. had been companions notwithstanding the sharp competition between their names. Shakur, a wiry minor weight, had been raised in New York, Baltimore, and San Francisco, and however he proclaimed his faithfulness to the West Coast, it didn't keep him from taking up with East Coast rappers. Famous B.i.g., as his name intimates, was a portly man who weighed over 300 pounds and was known for his snappy wit and sharp rhymes. While Shakur was in New York  in November 1994 expecting sentencing on a rape conviction, he'd been welcomed to record with an alternate East Coast companion, Little Shawn, at Quad Studios in Times Square.

Quad Studios, which consumes five stories of a midtown office building, was an occupied spot that night. While Little Shawn was recording on one story, Junior M.a.f.i.a., a teen rap gathering supported by Notorious B.i.g., was recording on an alternate floor, and B.i.g. what's more Puffy Combs were taking on a motion picture on yet an alternate floor. Tupac and his company landed at the building soon after midnight  on November 30. As they were getting into the lift, three outfitted dark men pitfell them and stole their adornments. Tupac's separated from everyone else was worth over $35,000. Tupac lurched at one of the shooters in fury and was shot five times — in the head, crotch, and left hand. He made it to court for his sentencing the following day and was requested to serve four and a half years at the Clinton Correctional Facility in upstate New York. While detained, Shakur had room schedule-wise to ponder the trap and arrived at the conclusion that it was requested by Puffy Combs and B.i.g. He opened up to the world about his sentiments. B.i.g. protected himself, calling the denunciations crazy and hostile, and requested a statement of regret from Shakur. He didn't get one. Suge Knight's marketing specialist issued a proclamation, calling the episode "the consequence of envy between youthful rappers." In the interim, Shakur's collection "Me Against the World" turned into the most obvious recording in the nation.

The following fall Shakur curtail an arrangement with Suge Knight. The rapper consented to sign a three-year contract with Death Row Records in return for Knight setting up the safeguard cash for Tupac's discharge pending an advance of his convict
